Complex Procedures: Dental cleanings and surgeries cannot be booked online, please call to schedule.
Same-Day Appointments: The online scheduling system is unable to show all same-day availability, please call for additional options.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours advance notice is required for any reschedule or cancellations. Prepayment of the $75 exam fee is required to complete online booking and is not refundable within 24 hours of your appointment. Anesthetic procedures require a $200 deposit and refundable if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled with more than 24 hours of notice. Specialty procedures require a $500 deposit and require 48 hours notice for reschedule or cancellation for refunds.
Late Fees: A $35 late fee will be applied for excessive tardiness, please check in 5 minutes before your appointment.
